He sees the radical reform and "re-missioning" of the handful of accredited HBCU based architecture schools as a critical tool in refashioning a rapprochement between black architects and Black America.

No other info given. So, what is the Issue? and Why can't they Deliver it to my P.O Box?? and do they send it back to the Seller? I'm So Upset with the Post Office! Can I get a Full Refund?
