I contacted seller and we agreed upon a price settlement. But I wouldn't have bought the tuner if listed as working intermittently. Pretty sure the on off switch is bad, as is another switch and I'm not sure how long it will work? I thought I was getting a bargain and it still may work out to be one? But only time will tell. It was priced well below other ads. It was packaged well and arrived in the given time period.
