There were a few hairline scratches on the screen, but it is only visible when the laptop is off, so nothing major. One of the rubber feet is missing - but that doesn't affect the functionality of the laptop. Overall, this is very good value for a refurbished item. The seller responds quickly to messages as well. I would purchase again if I needed another laptop.

It's taken me about 5 hours over 4 days for it to move from 22H2, via updates to 23H2 and eventually it offered 24H2. Unexpected to have to do that much and I had to run some troubleshooters to get it to update after 22H2 finished updating. And now still doing updates to 24H2...

It was easily installed and is working perfectly. It's quiet too which is a bonus. I'm a confident, returning customer because I always get good value and know I can easily communicate any issues and they will respond quickly. Definitely recommend.

The laptop did come as described, but would initially not start, because there had been a mixup with the supplied power supply. A bigger power supply was bought and the seller was quick to help with a solution. The seller was very good at communicating and the laptop is definitely with the money. It was a good purchase and purchase experience.
