The machine appeared to be brand new. Installed 64 gb ram , a spare gpu and booted into a flash drive with out issue or difficulty. I have to say I am very impressed with the condition and the speed the machine arrived, ordered Saturday and got it Monday. When I decide to pull the trigger on an hp z840 , this will be the place I will go to.

Item was (almost) exactly as described with no defects, excellent value. Condition was used, but I didn't expect anything more than that. Light scuffs and a broken tab on the front plate (that doesn't impact anything). Very satisfied and will definitely buy from them again.
