It arrived in like new condition, packed well with the necessary adapter to use it with my consumer hardware. It powered right up and Windows picked it up quickly, it was already wiped but I did another just to be sure. The price has gone up significantly since my last purchase (thanks ltt), but compared to buying a new large capacity drive this still comes out better.

Price is great and decided to purchase another one. Hoping I never need the warranty but it adds peace of mind and shows the seller believes in their product. Items are packaged with great care and shipping was fast.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
