However, this advertised laptop has a "Gaming Laptop" feature with a max RAM of 64 with two RAM slots, and two 2280 NVMe M.2 PCIe 3.0 slots. And, YES! With its AMD Ryzen 7 5700U, it's a "Gaming Laptop Class" laptop! I may have to purchase a Windows 11 Pro since this OS will not allow me to upgrade to the current 23H3. This is where you'll need to confirm.

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
