I took a chance and installed the adapter without loading the software because my desktop does not contain a CD reader. The adapter worked like a charm without any further action on my part. Pleasantly surprised after buying 2 other adapters that were supposed to plug-n-play and didn't work after trying load the driver software from the internet.

When I brought this up to the seller they just said it was shipped without a tracking number. I then asked what the bogus tracking number was for as it just misled me as a buyer. The seller immediately refunded my money without any explanation. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an explanation...! Happy but confused...!
