To be fair with customers I will clarify all transaction details below.
Buying my products, you automatically accept the rules, terms & information's of this listing. Not reading does not exempt you from the obligation to be subject to these conditions.
1. You are buying a custom made product which can be immediately fitted to your car.
This buy it now price include all shapes & options.
No extra charge, No core exchange, No steering wheel deposits needed. You don't need to send back your old steering wheel so you will save money (you can resell your old one and get some money back).
The steering wheel is made from genuine factory original (OEM) steering wheel which was previously used, then re-engineered by our company and remodeled visually into a unique sporty shape style and re-trimmed with new good quality leather/alcantara (not fake suede). Never used since rebuilt, but as they second hand steering wheels, they may have minor marks on their back and inner side (plastic/rubber section) or small cracks in back-side section where the AirBag was disassembled.
2. Airbag, plastic covers, trims, shifters, electronic equipment & other, are NOT included.
This is a direct replacement of the factory steering wheel which one fit all oem equipment, retaining factory controls and air bag, so it will fit.
Remember this auction is for customized steering wheels (core) only. I'm not selling any removable parts like plastics, electronic equipment, wires, fairings, airbags & airbag plate at all (there is no controls and no airbag included). Any other elements showed on sample photos: like plastic cover/badges/logo/fairings multifunction buttons etc. are not included. They need to be taken (transfer) from your current (old) steering wheel. Usually it's easy to do (just few screws). On some sample photos you can see them but this is just to help you image the final look of custom wheel. Normally steering wheel is send without these accessories. Occasionally I may add them for free (if any) just as a free gift, because all buttons, switches, shifting paddles are being used in past so I'm not ensuring that they are working & they may have sign of wear. This does not cause the product to be defective (faulty) & can't be used as a reason to return.
3. Customers’ expectations.
To clarify please remember this is not a factory production but handmade customization t. If you expecting factory quality from hand make work don't buy my product.
As this is handcrafted work it will always have tiny differences from sample photos.
Please understand, this is not a simple round wheel. Steering wheel is re-design with custom shape transition added (bold, bulges), so the leather/alcantara in some places may have little wrinkles and stitches, cuts may not be perfect straight like factory steering wheel or may have some other imperfections as is hand made and won't never be like factory quality. This is completely normal and this fact can't be used as a reason to return.
Note! Full alcantara cover is dedicated to drivers who wear gloves while driving. I want you aware that this material need more care and some alcantara liquid protection. Other wise from sweat or dirty hands alcantara will last not for long & wiil looks dirty.
All listed photos of the steering wheels are real one, already made samples, which has been sold. So you can see how the final product will look like.
4.Sample pictures colours shades vs real view.
Please, keep in mind that real colors will be slightly different than on screen.
Due to mostly vivid screen setups on computer monitor's/smartphones/tablets etc. & due to artificial lights when pictures was taken. Stitches, colored straps will be less bright/flash. Leather & alcantara is not 100% pure black (rather between black and dark graphite).
5. Heated steering wheels.
Due to thickness and d-shaped upgrade probably heating will not work so good as before.
If you order a modification including Leather strap (mark/band) at 12 o’clock. Heated steering wheel will loose this function after conversion.
6. Responsibility for the car inspection MOT/TÜV and insurance.
There is no any metal cutting or welding to make flat shape, just extra padded.
Anyway due to the optical (visual) change is your responsibility for the car inspection (MOT/TÜV) of the vehicle, factory warranty or insurance cover. Some countries may have requiring a strict rules, so you have to check this by yourself. Please keep in mind, is handcrafted work not a factory production, so I'm not providing any certificate or tüv.
7. Shipping, delivery information (average time).
I reserve right to cancel purchase if shipping to your country will be not available to send insured parcel or cost will be higher than listed.
All parcels are insured to correct value & shipped with tracking number. Note I'm not working in any transport company, so from dispatch day I have no influence to transport. If you live outside EU sometimes it may take longer than the scheduled arrival time due to the customs inspection (if any).
Note! if parcel go through customs duty check, delivery time will take longer and can even disappear from online tracked data for this time. There is nothing to worry about, when they released parcel will back on line. Above situations have nothing to do with me, as I have no influence in to rules how your country's customs office works. From day when I dispatched insured parcel, from my side I have done all what belongs to me. But in case of any ambiguities, please get in touch ans I will try to help locate your parcel.
8. Parcel collection.
If box arrive suspicious or damaged. You have to open in the presence of the person delivering parcel. If they are any internal damage to product, you have to write statement (damage protocol). This is mandatory if you want be able to apply for claim or refund. So far 99% parcels in whole World destination arrive without any damages.
9. Customers from outside (EU & Schengen zone)
USA/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia/Asia/Switzerland/Norway/Liechtenstein/Iceland, etc.
Shipping is from European Union country and any exchange of goods in Schengen zone & EU countries are (taxes, duty) free.
Customers from OUTSIDE European Union including United Kingdom be aware that all imported goods are customs cleared according to the amount regulated by your country. According to the ebay regulations any import taxes, duties or other charges for purchased goods are buyers responsibility (UK 20-25%). This charges depending on destination country will be added through payment or they will need to be paid during delivery. Please take this into account with a purchase decision, because seller does not cover this expenses.

10. Build to order waiting time (if apply).
Due to the high interest & hand-made process is build to order offer.
For estimated shipping time Click Postage and payment card - dispatch time. Time period describe waiting time to build not delivery. Weekends are not working days.
Before purchase Ebay listing clearly says what is a waiting time (estimated date), so everyone clearly know estimated date and there is no need to be impatient and send inquiries & asking for shipping date (order progress) before declared time. When order is ready tracking number will be updated on eBay.
With all due respect “please” refrain from sending queries before above declared time, like: "Can You write me, when my order will be ready?", “How do the works go on?”, “When my steering wheel will be ready/sent?”, "How's the wheel coming along?", "Is my order ready?", "Have you sent my steering wheel?", "When can I expect delivery?", "Everything ok with my order?, “Can you send me some photos form process/build?. With all due respect but I don’t replay for this type of inquiries (messages).
11. Steering wheel replacement (installation, re-assembly).
I don’t take any responsibilities for incorrect/unprofessional mounting.
NOTE! Because some car brands don't make all steering wheel 100% same in steering wheel mounting section and wheel alignment is set up for each car separately. In some cases (occasionally) car wheel need to set wheel alignment "wheel tracking /setting convergence". This situation does not cause the product to be defective (faulty) & can't be used as a reason to return.
