PAYMENT and COMBINED POSTAGE:
I accept payments securely via Paypal: you can pay using either your Paypal account or using credit/debit card. Instant payment is required on all of my Buy It Now items, however you can combine your order by using the eBay Shopping Basket/Cart facility. I am happy to combine postage on orders placed at the same time and sent together in a single parcel. If your order does not automatically combine at checkout, please contact me and I will combine them for you manually and then refund your excess postage. Please see the Postage and Payments tab of each listing for accurate postage rates and discounts.
POSTAGE:
I aim to process all orders within 24 working hours of payment and I despatch orders Monday to Friday, with a daily cut-off for same day despatch at 12pm – though I do despatch until 2pm most days.
My postage options include:
FREE Economy Delivery orders - sent using Royal Mail 24 Signed For. Average transit time 1-2 working days.
FREE Click and Collect orders are despatched to your nearest (or selected) Argos store. Average transit time 1-2 days.
Upgraded Delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Average transit time 1 working day.
For guaranteed next working day delivery please select the Next Day delivery at checkout:
International orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked and/or Signed services. Average transit time 4-10 working days.
For international deliveries, please allow up to 30 days for customs delays and please note that you are responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable on your delivery. Items being sent outside of the EU are sent with full and accurate customs documentation.
I always send items as soon as possible, and am grateful for your understanding that the delivery time itself is outside of my control.
LOST/LATE MAIL:
While most of my items are received within 1-4 working days, there can be hold-ups along the way, so I ask customers to wait for up to a week before contacting me regarding late deliveries. If you are not home when your postie tries to deliver your item, the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office ready for you to collect. If it is not collected it will be returned to me, so please check promptly with your delivery office if you have not received your item within the anticipated time-frame. If your item has not arrived within 15 working days, unless there is a Royal Mail strike, it will be considered lost in the post. In such instances I will send you a replacement (or refund where no suitable replacement is available). During Royal Mail strike periods delivery times may take 7-10 days longer.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please simply return for a refund using eBay's return facility.
Click and Collect Refunds: Please return your item via your local Post Office. I regret that I’m unable to offer paid returns.
To be approved for a refund items must be in their original unworn condition, which includes all tags and packaging such as clear display bags and shoe boxes. Worn and damaged items will be returned to sender, at sender's cost, without exception. Refunds do not cover postage costs either way*
The goods are your responsibility until they reach my returns address, so I recommend using a recorded service. Please ensure that you pack your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. I am not responsible for any items that are returned to me in error.
Exchanges: I do not offer an exchange program at this time. To exchange your item, please return it to me for a refund, then purchase your replacement item as a new order.
Special conditions for returns - please read carefully:
Please return your item with details of your name, eBay ID and order number.
Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
Items being returned from outside of the UK must be marked as "Returned Goods" so as not to incur customs charges. I am unable to accept items for which insufficient postage has been paid or for which there are customs charges.
Please ensure that your item is completely unworn, undamaged and unsoiled. This includes but is not limited to broken buttons or beading, and zips, tears, hairs, makeup, and obvious signs of misuse. I am unable to accept items which have been worn, soiled or damaged - they will be returned to sender at the sender's expense, and no refund will be issued.
If you receive an item with a special "Do Not Remove" tag, please ensure that it is returned with the tag intact.
*Refunds will cover postage costs when an item is found to be genuinely faulty, or in cases where an incorrect item has been sent.
All items are thoroughly quality checked before sending, however, in the rare event of an item being received in a faulty state, please contact me immediately for a like-for-like replacement. If the original item is not available, a full refund will be issued once the item is received back, and I will cover postage costs on submission of postage receipts.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with me. In this case I will issue you with a refund. You will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them, and refunds will not cover postage costs. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If I do not receive the cancelled order back, I may arrange to have them collected at your cost. If you decide to cancel your order, you must let me know in writing via eBay messages, quoting your item number(s) and user ID.
COMMUNICATION:
I like to keep customers informed at every step of their purchase, so order status emails are sent to your registered email address at integral stages of your order. To avoid messages being filtered as junk mail, please add our eBay mailings to your “safe sender” list. Informative emails are system generated, so please do not reply to these messages. If you need to contact me please use eBay's messaging system where I will be able to provide you with a prompt reply.
