*Dispatch time*
We dispatch within 1 working day, not including bank holidays or weekends. Please consider this when estimating the time of arrival for your order.
 
*Specifications, Colour, Weights, and Sizes*
All sizes and weights are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the calibrations of different output devices as well as conditions in which the photos were taken, such as lighting. If you have any questions about the colour or size of an item please contact us.
 
*Returns*
All returns must come back in their original conditions. Including labels, wrappings, and packaging. Please contact us before returning the item, we will tell you what information to include alongside it, so the process of refunding goes as smoothly as possible. The cost of postage for returned items is the buyer's responsibility.
 
If the item returned is damaged or faulty upon arrival at our warehouse, we will only be able to offer a partial refund or none at all depending on the damage. Refunds will only be made once the item arrives at our warehouses and is confirmed to be un-damaged.
 
*Wrong item received*
If you have received the wrong item. First, sorry. Second, please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you asap. We may require the wrong item to be returned to us before sending out the replacement, but please don't send an item back without our approval. We may send you a pre-paid label if you have a printer or ask you to send the item at your own cost. Once the item arrives at our warehouses, we will refund the postage cost and send out the replacement. All returned items must come back in their original condition, including labels, wrappings, and packaging. If an item arrives damaged, we won't be able to provide a full refund.
 
 
*Refunds*
Any refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 4-5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
 
*Delivery - Royal Mail*
Most items are sent with a tracking number to confirm their arrival and location. If Royal Mail cannot deliver an item, they will normally leave a note giving details on how to arrange a re-delivery. If the time for arranging a re-delivery has elapsed, the item will be returned to our warehouses. It's the buyer's responsibility to pay for additional postage cost to re-deliver the item.
 
If available, a tracking number will be added to your order. Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days for items sent to the UK mainland and 5-10 working days for major cities in Europe This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
 
*Items lost in transit*
Unfortunately, from time to time, items become delayed in the post. Items shipped via Royal Mail are not considered to be lost before 15 working days for UK deliveries and 25 working days for international deliveries. We will not send replacements or give any refunds before this period has elapsed.
 
*Items damaged in transit or faulty on delivery*
If an item is damaged in transit or arrives faulty, please inform us as soon as possible after an item is received and at the latest, 7 days after the item's delivery. We will request photos of the damaged item(s) to confirm the issue before giving a refund or sending a replacement. Please don't return an item, if we haven't told you to do that. We won't be responsible for paying return postage if you have made this decision without our approval.
 
*Cancellation of an order by seller*
Occasionally, we cancel orders for the following reasons:
 
- The item is out of stock
- We cannot ship the item to the specified country
- Items in stock were damaged or faulty
 
In such a case, we will always contact the buyer and issue a refund via the original payment method. We will also start the eBay item cancellation process to recover our eBay fees. Your cooperation in this process would be appreciated.
