2.Free Postage and Packaging for items under 2 Kgs (which is by Royal Mail) is applicable to the whole of the UK, including Islands, Highlands, and Channel Islands.
 
3. Free postage and packaging which is by courier (Items weighing more than 2 Kgs) is applicable only to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands: AB31-56, PH15-41, FK20-21, KW1-14, IV1-41 & 52-54, IV57-63, PA21-39). Kindly email us for a postage and packaging courier quote for delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Outlying Islands, Channel Islands and Overseas for courier consignments. Normally Items which are in excess of 2KGS are items that would have to be sent by Courier.
 
4.In normal circumstances, we aim to ship within two working days, but please allow up to ten working days, in the rare event of unforseen delays.
 
5.Please ensure you provide a telephone number in case there is difficulty with the transaction or delivery, we will not call you for any other reason. Your details are never shared with any one.
 
6.If the item(s) are returned to us by the postal service or courier, we will ask you for a re-delivery charge. Normally a courier company will card you the first time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you contact the courier company in the next 48 hours to either collect it, or rearrange delivery. However, if during this time you do not contact the courier company, the consignment would be sent back to us, and you would be levied a charge of GBP10.00. In case of Royal Mail deliveries, you have upto 2 weeks before the parcel is returned back from your local delivery office, if it is unclaimed.
 
7.If the item is damaged in transit, please sign the couriers or Royal Mail’s note as ‘damaged’, please look out for mishandling - crushed boxes, flattened corners, etc. We cannot be held responsible if you do not follow this procedure.
 
8. You agree to co-operate with us fully in the event of a loss/damage claim.
 
9. Same Day Dispatch applies to items paid before 12 noon.
If Recorded delivery, Special delivery, International signed or Courier service is not selected, we cannot be held responsible if your item does not reach you.
 
10.If you would like to return any goods, not resulting in an error on our part, then please return the items back to us, at your cost, within 14 days of receipt, and in its original packaging, and in a state that is saleable to another customer. We would however, deduct the cost of the shipment, ebay fees, paypal fees that we would have incurred for the transaction. Please note that even though shipment is stated as free, in reality, the cost of shipment is a an expense that that we absorb within our business. This cost that we incurred would be recovered in the event of a cancellation, not resultant from an error on our part.
