WARRANTY:
All items are covered by a 90-day warranty unless stated otherwise or item clearly identified as faulty or damaged for spares or repairs.
Removal or tampering of any warranty or security seals will void any given warranty.
 
In the unlikely event of an item developing a fault a replacement (subject to availability) will be supplied. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be issued. In either case this is subject to safe receipt of the item and internal investigation to confirm fault.
 
All replacement items/refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of item.
 
PAYMENT:
Payment required within 5 days of purchase. If no payment or any communication from the buyer is received within this time, then the transaction will be cancelled, the item re-listed and the buyer reported to eBay and blocked.
 
Cash on collection is welcome. Please contact us via eBay message to arrange.
 
SHIPPING:
All orders placed before 12pm Midday will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm Midday and during weekends/public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
 
We do not ship at weekends or on Public Holidays.
 
Collection is welcome. You must complete the purchase and checkout on eBay, selecting ‘collection-in-person’. You will then receive a QR Code and six-digit code which need to be presented using the eBay app on your smartphone and scanned on collection to confirm receipt.
 
We reserve the right to amend the shipping method and/or company from that stated on the listing page for whatever reason. In most cases this will be for an equal or enhanced service than the original.
 
RETURNS:
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Before returning your item, please contact us via eBay message or email at info@consoleresurrection.co.uk
 
We prefer you use eBay’s returns system, ensuring you select the correct reason for returning the item. You may return your item outside the system but we recommend using a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
 
The item must be unused and returned in the same condition they were received in. Items should be returned with sufficient packaging to protect the item.
 
Any items returned with damage, with missing pieces or not in the condition they were received in will be subject to deductions to the final refund amount, as eBay terms allow.
