- Returns are not accepted for goods listed as AUCTION.
 
- We offer a fourteen (14) Days returns policy on all goods listed as BUY IT NOW. (see exclusions below)
 
You may cancel your order within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day you received the goods, by giving us a notice of cancellation via Ebay using the 'contact seller' link. Please do not send any items back to us until you've contacted us first, so we can give you the full return instructions. Original postage and packaging costs are non refundable.
 
The item must be returned in an undamaged, unused condition, with its original packaging within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item; otherwise we will not accept the refund.
 
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us with a recorded service as items may get lost or damaged in the post, in that case you would need to make a claim against the postal operator.
 
If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.
 
If your item arrives damaged then please contact us immediately, or within 14 days and we will either replace the item free of charge (we usually request a photograph of the damage) or issue a refund if out of stock.
 
EXCLUSIONS: Underwear, tights, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
