The reason that these particular spare parts are not supplied with any warranty is if you have a fault with your existing part or the part has failed completely then you need to establish what caused the part to go faulty before replacing it with a new one, you may have an underlying fault that has led to the failure of the original part and if not rectified could cause the same fault with the new part. Parts should always be diagnosed and installed by a suitably qualified person, if parts are replaced without the correct in depth diagnosis the new part can suffer irreparable damage immediately, for this reason we cannot offer any warranty on certain types of spare parts.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: If an item does require returning under a warranty claim, we would request a report from a qualified engineer or service company stating the exact nature of the fault and the appliance details of the appliance it was installed on, this needs to include the manufacturers name and the model number of the appliance. The majority of commercial spare parts we sell are not for diy type installation and should only be diagnosed, identified and installed by a suitably qualified person, most manufacturers will not entertain and in some cases reserve their right to refuse warranty claims where specialist parts have been diagnosed, identified and installed by none qualified persons. Warranty claims will not be accepted for items that have been misdiagnosed, incorrectly identified or damaged due to incorrect installation procedure.
