Boccia 50p image shows a perfect example in hanging bag but as these coins are for putting in a loose coin folder these do not come with perfect hanging bags. The Boccia 50p comes sealed in their original RM card but may or may not have a hanging bag. Cards may be bent & if with a hanging bag they may be tatty, not an issue as you'll be removing the coin any way.”

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Returns will be accepted if the item is wrongly described if notified within 7 days of receipt and returned within a maximum of 7 days after that. If the error is only a minor one then I shall always try to come to an amicable solution with the buyer. Return postage will be paid by me if the postage method is agreed before the return.

Returns will also be accepted under the DSR's if you change your mind. Please notify me within 14 days & file a return case via eBay. eBay will advise the return options & costs through their new Managed Returns system for business sellers. The item, all packaging and any accessories must be returned unused and in a condition similar to as it was sent to you. Mobile Phone screen protectors must still be in place if they were present when despatched to you.

If the item/s is/are returned in a worse condition than sent then a deduction will be made from the refund in line with the perceived loss of value. If not packed well enough & the item/s sustain damage in return transit it will be the buyers responsibility for the loss (partial or whole) or to make a damage claim from the carrier they used. Items which arrive back in a very bad condition will not be accepted. As per eBay's guidelines the buyer will be informed of the damage & items will either be returned to the buyer at their cost or disposed of if they so request.

In respect of mobile phones & other electronic goods on return IMEI's or serial numbers will be checked against my records to ensure the one returned is the one I sent out. This is to prevent fraudulent returns.

In respect of CD's, DVD’s, PS3, Xbox & Computer Games & other software titles returns will only be accepted if the disc is faulty. You must first notify me of the fault via eBay messages and agree the return. In this instance a replacement will be sent on receipt of the returned faulty item or in the event of no further stock being available then a full refund will be offered. A full refund of return postage will also be paid. No return will be accepted with the above items under the DSR's due to the problems of unlicensed copying.

In respect of damaged CD, DVD & Game Cases they are all inspected prior to being despatched but due to their sometimes brittle nature it is impossible to guarantee 100% of the time that none will be damaged while in the care of Royal Mail. Again due to the problems with unlicensed copying returns will not be accepted due to a broken case. Although this is very annoying and inconvenient for those who this genuinely happens to I can only offer a 20p refund to allow the purchase of replacement case not a return. If this policy is not acceptable to you please do not bid or buy. Unfortunately this policy is necessary due to the unacceptably high number or supposedly broken cases people have reported in the past despite my very good packaging.

Faulty Items – NOT Mobile Phones or CD/DVD/GAMES. An items warranty will vary from 3 months upwards depending on what it is, please refer to the individual listing. If not stated 3 months applies. If the item is faulty then please notify me as soon as possible & the method of return can be agreed. Initially this will usually be at the buyer’s expense and on receipt of the returned item it will be inspected & tested for the reported fault. If I find that the item/product is faulty then a full refund or exchange will be offered depending on the buyer’s requirements and stock availability. I shall also refund the return postage in full.

Faults with Brand New Mobile Phones. If the phone is Brand New then I shall only accept returns if notified of a fault within 14 days of receipt. If the fault can’t be fixed simply by some technical assistance either by email or phone then file a return case with eBay & on receipt the fault will be checked & verified. If verified a full refund or exchange will be issued as well as the return postage costs. After this 14 day period you will need to make a claim on the manufacturer’s warranty. If you need assistance with this we will try to help but I am NOT an official agent for any mobile phone manufacturer.

Faults with Nearly New or 2nd Hand Mobile Phones. If mobiles are nearly new, 7 day change of mind returns or 2nd hand each listing will clearly identify which of these applies to your mobile. The listing will also clearly identify whether you will need to make "post 7 day fault" claims with the manufacturer or the warranty offered is by myself. On 2nd hand mobiles I offer anywhere between a 3 month to a 9 month warranty & the listing will say something like “3 month Warranty RTB” which means 3 months from date of delivery & it will need returning to base ie. me, strictlymobiles. Return postage is at the buyers cost. Warranty labour & materials are free & so is return postage to you. In all cases a proof of purchase will be required.

Please be aware if you do not have good current feedback, confirmed eBay or Paypal addresses which match or your payment is in any way suspect I reserve the right to not conclude the transaction.

Any pricing errors will generally NOT be honoured but this will be at my discretion. If an error is spotted prior to dispatch you will be contacted with the correct price & given the opportunity to either conclude the transaction at the correct price or back out.

Sorry for all the small print but then everything is clear upfront which helps prevent any future problems and disagreements.
