If an item is generally faulty we will happily replace the item once returned and post out as soon as possible for you, ensuring that you get the fully working item as soon as possible, minimising any inconvenience caused. Please contact us via email or phone first as sometimes problems can be sorted and also to help us to keep track of any returns.
 
If you no longer want a purchased item please return the item within 14 days of purchase, in the items original condition as new and packaging, for a refund in full minus the postage costs.
