1. SHIPPING :

We have contracted a number of courier companies ( including dhl, fedex, parcelforce) and we select the one that will be the fastest for your location. After your order is processed, shipping usually takes 1-3 working days (as stated on courier site). We ship only after payment is fully cleared and only to address provided by paypal. Address cannot be changed only confirmed by ebay!

*the shipping time is the time given to us by the courier companies. this depends on them and on your country's custom office and the legislations in between. We dispatch within 48 hours from cleared payment, after that it is the courier's job to deliver your product, and it is out of our reach. so please be patient and track your order through ebay's tracking systems that we update for every order, once we receive the data from the courier.
* For addresses out of Courier shipping area, we will have to request extra shipping fee, afferent surcharge of Courier company.
* To some countries with problematic customs office(example: Mexico, Russia), we will only be able to ship, if buyer pays the insurance.
CUSTOMS :
This is the buyer's duty to the government.
Each country has its own customs rates and laws, it is the international buyer's responsibility to check with the customs office of their country about any import tax/customs fees/duties/carrier fees before buying. We will not be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made. If the buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and the package ends up returning back to us, we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus shipping costs to and from the buyer ( buyer will be partly refunded) + a 25% restocking fee will be applied. If those charges are greater then the cost of the item, we have the right to declare it abandoned/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to the buyer. We understand that customs fee may be high in some countries, but we do not declare lower value or gift or a different item.
2. PAYMENT :
PLEASE pay only after you checked with us that the item is in stock! We sell on multiple platforms and stock changes very fast, even twice a day. We can not guaranty your item will be available for delivery if you pay without checking with us first, and we can not be responsible if you do not follow our inditation in the listing, to please contact us prior to ordering. Most of our products are deposited in the sorting facility of the authorised distributor back in Hong Kong. They are forwarding all our orders straight to the customers, from their own stock, that is why it is very important to check with us prior to ordering. We apologize if this is a bit inconveninent, we are working on a new, more effective system.
We encourage you to pay within the first 24hrs of your order so we can send you the item as fast as possible. Please be advised that we will cancel all orders that are not paid within the first 48hrs. If you need more time, please send us a message so we can arrange
An unpaid item will be recorded by ebay on your account, and this can lead to limits on-or loss of-buying privileges.
3. PROCESSING OF ORDERS :

7 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:
- refunds and exchanges may only be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise
- if item has been opened and/or used, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
- if there is no evident reason to return the item, like problems/defective item, restocking fee will be applied. We do not provide trial items!
- a refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.
- a refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise).
- all returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
- original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
- customer is responsible for shipping, shipping cost and proof of delivery on all returns. please be sure that you return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. we are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper/carrier or got damaged buy carrier.
- all factory defective items may be returned back to us only within the 7 days of receipt. misused or abused items will not be accounted as defective.
- shipping cost (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery (include duties, taxes and customs fee if any).
If you return the item without any agreement with us, the return shipping cost CANNOT be reimbursed even if UNIT IS FOUND DEFECTIVE/FAULTY, DAMMAGED, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON FOR RETURN DECIDED BY THE BUYER.
Our shop has an automated system in place and all payments go straight to the distribution wing of the manufacturer, and orders are processed by them, so we kindly ask of you to only buy if you want the items, as we will only be able to refund you after the item arrives to you and you send it back to us.
All our products come straight from the manufacturer and are sealed in their original packaging, so please do not accept a package that seems to be opened or damaged and contact us immediately.

5. SAFETY MEASURES AGAINST SCAMS
To protect you and ourselves from scams, we have a special protocol with 100% success rate :
- all our items are checked and weighed by fedex before packaging and again, checked and weighed at sorting facility of destination country
- all our items are videotaped during the FedEx checking and again during packaging
- all our items will be registered with the international consumer protection and enforcement network, and a record of that will be sent to the anti-fraud agency of the country where the item is sent
- all IMEI numbers are stored and registered with the manufacturer, and in case of fraud, the item will be blocked immediately and registration+all info sent to the police and competent authorities.
Because of this safety protocol, it is possible that some items, will arrive with the seal opened, but rest assured as you will be THE FIRST PERSON TO POWER ON THE DEVICE, this is done just to videotape the device inside the box, during packaging.
Lately, there have been a lot of hacked ebay accounts, or users paying with other people's cards. To protect both you and us from this, we will need from you to prove you are the owner of the card used to pay for the product. This can be done by you sending us a photo of you holding an ID, or of you holding some other relevant proof that you are the owner of the card. These photos will not be saved in our system, and i will be the only one to take a look at them to confirm that indeed you are the person paying for the goods. It happened many times that we sold a phone, and the actual owner of the card only found out too late that somebody used his card details for an unauthorized payment. Hope you can understand why we need to have this measure.
6. WARRANTY :
Warranty provided is 12 Months from the date of purchase
Warranty terms and conditions are same as manufacturer, but under our contracted authorized service in HK.

Because these phones are destined to be sold on the Asia market, manufacturer warranty is not valid when sold to customers outside Asia. That is why we have contracted authorized services in HK to be able to offer warranty for our customers.
In case phone has a factory defect, you can ship it to one of our contracted services in HK, and we will pay for the repair. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any shipping costs.

7. GIFT POLICY
