We work hard to make sure everything goes super smooth with your order. We use the manufacturers description to give you the details you need to know – but in most cases we try and give you our slant on each product. Yes, we do get to take most things home and have a play – and many of our faves have been given as gifts from our team to their families and friends. These are our opinions to help you make the right choices.
 
| PAYMENTS |
 
Please make payment within 3 days via PayPal. We can only send to your Paypal address so please ensure its correct so we are both covered under PayPal buyer and seller protection safeguards.
 
| DELIVERY |
 
We aim to send out all order the same day where possible. Small items below 2kg are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class unless you upgrade to 1st Class Delivery – Standard Royal Mail delivery times are between 2 – 5 days.
 
For local customers in Bournemouth & Christchurch – you are welcome to pick up your order from our shop – just select this option and we will contact you with our opening times .
 
For larger items we use Collect+ or UPS. Courier deliver will require a signature so it’s best to have your order sent to a location where someone will be available to sign during business hours. If the courier cannot deliver an item they will normally leave a card giving details on how to arrange a redelivery. Whilst we cannot guarantee an exact day for delivery – we will send you tracking details of your parcel so you can follow its progress to you.
All our items are new and will arrive in their original packaging – in an effort to recycle and reuse we may send your item out in packaging that we’ve received from our suppliers.
 
If an incorrect delivery address is supplied and your goods are signed for by another party, or lost in transit, Flaming Noras Toy Emporium cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

if your purchase isn't quite right - you can return it within 14 days for a refund - as long as its unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of the outgoing delivery. Return postage is the buyers responsibility.
 
It’s frustrating for us all but from time to time things do get delayed in the post. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost for 15 days – unfortunately we cannot send out any replacements or issue refunds until after this time.
 
If an item is damaged in transit or arrives faulty, please inform us as within seven days and we will work with you to get the problem sorted. We may request photos of the damaged to confirm the problem before giving a refund or sending a replacement. We may also ask the manufacturer to contact you directly to solve the problem.
 
If we’ve made a mistake and send you the wrong item – we’ll apologise & sort it!  Please contact us with 7 days and we will send a replacement or refund. We will need the wrong item returned to us before sending out the replacement, in which case we will either arrange a collection of refund return postage costs.
 
All our items come with standard 6 months’ warranty – and in some cases manufacturers may offer 12 months. If anything goes wrong – in the first instance, please contact us and we will work through the problem together – If you are agreeable we may ask the manufacturer to contact you directly.
 
Refunds – Any refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for funds to appear in your account.
 
| ORDER CANCELLATION |
 
We rarely cancel an order and work hard to make sure all our items are in stock. In the unlikely event an item has gone out of stock – we will contact you to offer and alternative, give you a date on when the item will be back in stock or cancel your order immediately with our apologies. If you decided to cancel your order - we will start the eBay item cancellation process to recover our eBay fees. Your cooperation in this process would be really appreciated.
 
We will also cancel orders to any countries or areas of the UK we do not ship to.
