• We want you to be happy with your purchase,
• We do try to describe our items to the best of our ability and do not intend to mislead you in anyway with the description.
• Returns are not accepted if the mould is used or not in there original packaging, because of the nature of this product.
• Our photos show the finished item and a picture of a mould.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund (sending and return postage cost are non refundable).
• We will deduct the original postage that it has cost us to send the item to you from the value of the item.
• If there is a problem, because of a genuine mistake on our part I.e. wrong item sent, we will provide you with a refund for the item once it has been returned to us in its original condition.
• We will not be held responsible for bad casting, or new to casting, or bad supporting of the mould or any use of hot substances, i.e. wax, chocolate, etc. you use them at your own risk.
• Refunds or a replacement are given provided you contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and returned to us within 7 days of auction.
• In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return the products to us for an exchange or refund,
• (Postage cost is non refundable).
• All items returned to us as undelivered, and then the customer must pay for the items to be resent before it is dispatched again.
 
• There is no postage on a Saturday or Sunday.
• Postage is Monday to Friday,
• We go to the post office everyday so if you make your payment before 10 Am then your parcel will be posted the same day.
• If it is after 10 Am then your parcel will be posted the following day.
• We always obtain and keep proof of postage and have them on record if you wish for us to send you proof please let us know.
• We cannot be held responsible for the postage times once we have posted the item, as it is clearly down to the postal services.
• If you need to make a claim with Royal Mail for a missing parcel we will help you with the claims process.
• We do not pay for any import duties, taxes customs clearance fees, customs handling fees for processing the imports declaration, advancement fee for paying the duty or VAT, any airline handling fee for loading or unloading the goods, a security fee for screening or x-raying the goods or a fee for preparing the customs declaration for our items, or any release fees for the goods, or any other additional duties that may be charged.
