Payment
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.
Prices
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any overseas orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates.
Fitness for purpose
The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.
Liability
The company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Returns Policy

Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Sorry no pickups are permitted.
We at Megastar4 are committed to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any unused item please do so within 14 working days of delivery.
In order to return your purchase for any reason please follow the below procedure:
1. E-mail us before returning the item
2. We will ask for photographic evidence in some instances
3. Once we have all the information to make an informed decision we will ask you to return the item.
Requirements for returned Goods (all to be met)
• The goods are in their original (i.e. box for shoes and t shirts or clear bags for other items), saleable condition (We reserve the right to deduct a charge for any damaged packaging form the refund due.)
• All the tags/labels/stickers are all intact and have not been removed as we cannot any items with any of these missing or remove.
• They have not been worn
• The goods have no markings or odour from such things as make-up, perfume, aftershave, deodorants, smoke, pets etc.
• When returning footwear please ensure that the box is covered so as to avoid any damage to it.
We can only confirm the refund once the item has been inspected upon receiving it. We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet the required standards that will allow us to re-sell the item. These items can only be returned to the customer at his/her expense.
Please note all our items are thoroughly inspected for any faults before leaving us. If the item does develop a fault we will ask for pictures first and we reserve the right to send the item back to the manufacture for inspection before determining the cause. This can take up to 4 weeks from the date we receive the item back. We will then decide the course of action. If the item can be repaired we will do so and return it back to you otherwise you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please send the item via a secure delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
The item must be returned back in its’ original packaging, i.e. box for shoes and t shirts or clear bags for other items and this must not be damaged as we need these to be in the same condition in order to be able to re-sell the item. We reserve the right to deduct a charge for any damaged packaging form the refund due.
We can only refund the cost of the item and cannot refund any postage paid for delivery; both for sending and receiving.
Although we offer free postage on some of our items, if you were to return the item back for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct the postage cost from any refund due.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date the parcel reaches us.
Please note that due reasons of hygiene all underwear is non-returnable. Therefore please ensure you purchase the correct size.
For Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for any reason you will be liable for the cost of postage, both for returning it and for us to send it out again. We will send you instructions on how to send the postage payment. Once the item has been received back and the postage paid we will send out the replacement.
All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available. Where ever possible we will offer a suitable alternative and if this is not to your liking we will be happy to refund the payment for those products we do not have available.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
