Returns
NO QUIBBLE Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (+ a couple of days, grace).
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original documentation.
 
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to refunds.
 
Cost of sending the shipment is not refunded unless the wrong item was sent.
 
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase. This will enable an easier process of locating and amending orders. Please keep all labels, stickers and original packaging to be eligible for free returns.

NO QUIBBLE - We invite all people to stay with us as their preferred supplier of fixings and fasteners. If you re not happy, we will do everything possible to help. Please, please, please keep all documents, stickers, labels and packaging; it makes the process run quicker and easier.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Royal Mail deliver most items up to 2kgs and Interlink Express deliver our oversized and heavier items, next day. Usually, the easy bit is getting the order out the door, but, what happens after can occasionally disappoint us both. If delivery is crucial/ time sensitive, you should select a faster and/ or signed for postage option at checkout.
