PAYMENT
PayPal is the quickest & convenient way to make payment. Cheques & postal orders are also accepted however this will delay the despatch time as they can take 5-10 days to clear. No goods will be despatched until cleared funds are received. Please make payment within 48 hours of purchase, if this is a problem please contact me as non-payment is automatically reported to eBay.
PayPal is our only payment method for international customers.
 
All goods are despatched to the eBay order address. Please ensure this address is correct during checkout as amendments cannot be made once funds have been received.
 
 
UK POSTAGE
All goods are securely packed & despatched within 1 working day of cleared payment (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays). UK delivers will be made by ‘Royal Mail Standard’ post unless otherwise stated or a different delivery option is selected at checkout. Occasionally parcels will be sent out ‘Royal Mail Signed’ at our cost & tracking numbers will be uploaded to eBay in this instance. Proof of postage is obtained for all items.
 
Free Click & Collect is also available on all items. Should you wish to use this service please follow the instructions at checkout.
 
 
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
International deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked or Signed depending on receiving country. These can be tracked on eBay or the Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
 
 
RETURN POLICY
All purchases can be returned within 30 days from receipt of goods.
 
• CHANGE OF MIND – UNSUITABLE - DOES NOT FIT - Please open a return in eBay and follow the instructions. A full refund will be given once the item is received back in its original condition with packaging & tags intact. The buyer assumes all responsibility for return postage costs & proof of postage must be obtained.
 
• EXCHANGE - If you wish to exchange your item please contact us via the eBay message service stating your requirements. We will then issue further instructions once we have checked if the item is in stock.
 
• FAULTY GOODS - All goods are carefully checked prior to despatch but on the rare occasion an item is found to be faulty, damaged or not as described a replacement or full refund will be given. Any post charges incurred will be reimbursed.
 
We aim to issue refunds within 48 hours from receipt of goods & would therefore require your user ID & item number to be included in the parcel for a quick turnaround.
 
 
LOST IN TRANSIT
Occasionally goods do get mislaid in the postal system. In the first instance can you please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office in case the parcel is waiting collection. If you have not received your goods within 10 working days (UK) or 15 working days (International) please contact me via eBay message service so I can resolve the problem. All lost mail is reported to Royal Mail, you may be contacted by them and asked to sign a declaration form to confirm the goods were not received.
