The customer is responsible for any taxes associated with the order,however designated. BB Engineer Services are not VAT regiestered.
 
The Customer is responsible for all charges incurred by BB Engineering Services if he refuses to except delivery of an item, ie return shipping costs and carrier surcharges etc.
 
The Customer is responsible for arranging collection or redelivery should carrier attempted delivery be unsuccesful. Should the Customer not do this then BB Engineering Services will only refund the Customer once the item has been returned then only the the item purchase price less any costs.
 
The Customer is responsible for suitability of any item for a particular purpose and ensuring compliance with current appropriate specific installation, testing and safety regulations.
 
Any part numbers or information is given in good faith but can not be guaranteed as accurate and the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is suitable for his purpose.
 
Items that are new old stock surplus equipment and do not have any tractability or certification from the manufacturer.
 
BB Engineering Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of' merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, BB Engineering Services can not be held responsible for any loss relating to products supplied, including loss of profits, loss of business or any other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party.
 
Returning of Goods; Returns must be returned within 30 days of the order date. All returned goods must be returned in the condition supplied (including the original packaging). a restocking fee maybe charged @ 10% of the original item cost. If the item has been fitted we cannot accept it as a returned item.
