Address change:
All customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details. Once you complete the checkout process and submit payment we can only change an address where possible if the item as not been dispatched. Your address must be written correct, in full and not missing any vital address details. If your order is dispatched to an incorrect address provided or is missing any details, we will not be held responsible for any loss or reimbursement.
 
Cancelling | changing orders:
You may cancel your order before it's dispatched and receive a full refund. Once an order is made it is not possible to amend either the order or the postage option chosen, however it can be cancelled before dispatch. This doesn't affect your rights to return.
 
Delivery:
All orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery times are dependent on the postage option chosen. We use Royal Mail as a 3rd party delivery service. The dates shown on eBay are estimated only and may take longer to arrive for reason beyond our control. Please allow extra time during adverse weather conditions & the busy Christmas holiday period.
 
Returns:
Please contact us via eBay messages prior to opening an eBay return. We work hard to ensure that the items we sell are the most suitable and meet our customers satisfaction. However if the product you receive is faulty or is not as described, please contact us immediately, adding pictures if the issue is visible as we may not always require a return. Return requests must be reported 30 days from the date you received the item. Please include a written note with your eBay user ID and reason for return. Unwanted items can be returned up to 30 days.
