Ordering
Orders can be completed through our eBay shop or direct through our site. Once we have received your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail and you will be deemed to have agreed to and are bound by these Terms.
 
Payments
We believe shopping should be fun and hassle free. That is why Blyme only use PayPal for all our online eBay transactions. All payments are to be made promptly and no items will be sent until the payment has been confirmed by PayPal.
 
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, please not that sometimes delays can occur which can result in a delayed dispatch time. We aim to get the order to you within 7 working days but some items can take longer especially at busy times of the year. If we anticipate a delay in dispatch or delivery, we will endeavour to inform you by email, phone or post and give you the options to cancel or obtain a refund at all times. Please note that your order will be sent to your PayPal address.

You may exchange you item(s) purchased from us within 14 working days after the delivery date, returning the item to us will be at the customer’s own cost, unless agreed by Blyme to cover the cost of returning the item. If a customer from outside the UK wishes to exchange a product(s), the customer will have to return the item to us at their own cost and pay an additional shipping charge (depending on item and quantity) to receive the desired exchange product(s); additional charges may apply if the desired products are in total a higher value. This right must be exercised by the customer and not the recipient of the goods.
