Returns & Refunds: Goods should arrived undamaged,please check before signing for them. Goods arriving in damaged packaging should be rejected.
Any damaged or missing items found when unpacked should be reported to me immediately.
Buyers have 14 days to cancel a "Buy it now" or "Best offer" transaction,all "Auction style" listings and items sold as "Faulty" or "For parts only , not working" do not qualify for the 14 day cancellation period .All items must be returned in the same state as they where originally received and must be adequately packed.Return postage will be paid for by the buyer.Refund for cancelling a transaction will include any original shipping costs paid by the buyer.Customs charges,import taxes and fees that may be incurred by the destination country are non refundable.Returned items that are damaged in transit are the buyers responsibility and will not be accepted or will be given a refund minus cost of the part/parts damaged. A refund will only be issued once the item(s) have been received back and tested.It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure any returned goods are adequately packed and arrive undamaged. Any goods which are found to be working without fault however will be re delivered at the buyers expense. Batteries included with laptops and other portable devices are considered to be consumable items by original equipment manufacturers and unless otherwise stated in our listings do not come with any guarantee of the performance of these items.
Pre installed software on any computer is not covered in any form of warranty.
It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain driver software for their computer or to install their own operating system unless stated otherwise in the listing. As every machine is different I cannot install drivers to cover all possible hardware configurations but these can usually be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
Printers are also supplied without drivers unless otherwise stated, although again in most cases it is easy to obtain these from the manufacturers' website.To be eligible for a refund the item must returned in the same condition in which it was sent.I try to make my listings as accurate as possible however I can make mistakes and if brought to my attention I will rectify them quickly.The terms and conditions above do not affect your rights under the Distance Selling regulations.
