When you click “buy it now” you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us.
 
All payments must be received within 48 Hours of clicking “buy it now” all non-payment will automatically be reported to eBay as an unpaid item.
 
The vehicle compatibility on our listings should be used as a guide only.
 
We use eBay’s vehicle compatibility list and the latest information provided by the part manufacturers to make our listings as accurate as possible but please always check the full specification and ensure that the part number is a match for your vehicle before making a purchase. Whilst every care is taken in compiling these lists of applications, they and any application advice we supply are given for general guidance only, and they do not constitute any contractual term, representation or warranty, and as such, we do not accept any responsibility in respect of any claim whatsoever arising from any of this guidance or information. Ultimately it is you’re the customer’s responsibility to make sure that any purchased item is suitable for the intended use/application/part number replacement on your vehicle.
 
Any part supplied by us must be installed/fitted by a qualified/competent mechanic to ensure the part is correct for the intended application/use and that the part is fitted correctly.
 
The parts on our eBay listings are generally only suitable for factory standard unmodified UK vehicles and any compatibility advice is given on this basis, unless stated otherwise.

We do not accept any liability/responsibility and will not be held responsible for missing garage appointments or costs for garage/mechanic or similar specialists etc. We recommend you do not make appointments until you have the actual parts in your possession and are satisfied that they are the correct parts and suitable for the intended use/application/part number replacement on your vehicle.
 
We despatch orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.
 
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries by the courier companies we use. We will do our upmost to get your purchase to you within the eBay delivery estimated but please be aware the delivery times specified are approximate delivery times and can change under certain circumstance e.g. the Christmas period, bank holidays or adverse weather conditions which can cause delays.
 
The express 24 hour delivery option on listings is a next working day delivery and not a Saturday or Sunday delivery service, so for example if your order despatches on a Friday it will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). We can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional cost for most items sent to mainland UK addresses please message us for a quotation.
 
When referring to the Left or Right side on a vehicle (UK right hand drive unless otherwise stated) Left side is passenger side (near side) and the Right side is drivers side (off side).
 
We only accept cash payment for items that are collected from us.
 
Warranty Policy
 
All the new items we supply have a 12 months part only manufacturer’s warranty (unless otherwise stated).
 
(a) In the unlikely event that you have a problem with any item you have purchased from us within this 12 month period for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the item, please contact us through Bay messages. You will then be sent a warranty claim form, this must be completed and returned to us with the item in question.
 
(b) The part will then be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. Please be aware warranty testing can take 1 to 3 months and in some cases longer depending on the manufacturer. Based on the manufacturers' opinion if the item is found to have a fault, we will repair, (or at our sole option) replace the item with the same quality item, without charge. We will only offer a refund for the purchase price of the returned item if a replacement or repair is not available.
 
(c) The manufacturer's opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you.
 
(d) Any item exchanged or repaired under warranty will be covered for the remaining warranty period from the original date of purchase only.
 
(e) If any item supplied by us becomes faulty after expiry of the Warranty period, and you request that we replace or repair a part, we shall charge you our standard list price for such repair or replacement.
 
(f) You will be give us reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under the warranty cover and you will if so requested in writing by us promptly return any part the subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packed and delivery paid to us for examination.
 
(g) We will have no liability with regard to any claim which you have not complied with the procedures set out in this Warranty Terms and Conditions.
 
(h) The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the part, incorrect fitting of the part by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the part.
 
(i) We will not arrange collection or pay postage costs for the item. All items returned under warranty must be sent back by the customer at their expense.
 
(j) We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, special or punitive loss, damage, costs or expenses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of income or revenue.
 
(k) Your sole remedy in respect of a failure of an item we have supplied is to comply with the conditions as set out in this Warranty Terms and conditions.
