We try very hard to ensure that all items featured on this site are in stock or are available to order. However, discontinued or out of stock items may not be removed immediately.

Prices
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to human or technical error, Memory Monster Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price. Memory Monster Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and monies have been set-aside on your credit card. Please note that prices can increase, as well as, decrease.

Basis of Sale
When you click on “Add to Basket” at the checkout on the website, or telephone to place an order, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions. If your order is acknowledged online, you will be notified of this soon after you submit your order by clicking "Make Payment". The acknowledgement is sent to you automatically and you are advised to be aware that errors may have occurred, of which we are not aware despite our best efforts (please see under 'Non-acceptance of an order' heading). Because of this, we retain the right to cancel the order.

Non-acceptance of an Order
Orders may be rejected as a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
A system error – such as an error with the automatic confirmation
You request delivery outside of UK mainland do not accept the extra delivery charges

Payment
Prices for products featured on this site are shown inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and are correct at the time of entry onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges where applicable and any other charges as set out in the 'Delivery Costs' section.
Memory Monster Ltd. uses Trustwaves world-class SSL Certificate to secure online transactions and to professionally and safely conduct business over the Internet. We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Maestro online and on the telephone. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery
"How much does delivery cost?"
Our standard delivery service is fast and free. Should you require express delivery please select Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am for an additional £20 or Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm for an additional £7.00. Our international delivery service is an additional £7.00 per order.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is between 2 - 7 working days for stocked items within the UK and 5 – 15 days outside of the UK depending on your location.
Has my order been dispatched?
If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. If your order is placed on a public holiday it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Will the delivery need to be signed for?
If you have paid for a Royal Mail signed service within the UK or the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or Royal Mail International Signed Service outside of the UK then a signature will be required on delivery. Do not worry if you are not available to do this – we keep all tracking information and a card will be left requesting collection at your local post office. All orders over £14.99 will be sent using the Royal Mail Signed For service.
How will my order be packaged?
All small orders are sealed in robust, padded brown envelopes made from 100% recycled material which will fit through most letter boxes:
Following our standard QC checks, your products will be packed into a reusable storage case.
We then seal this in a padded envelope along with your invoice.
For larger orders we use strong cardboard boxes with foam inserts to provide maximum protection.

Please Contact Us if you have any questions about your International delivery. Your tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
We dispatch orders very quickly and so may not always be able to accomodate changes or an process an order cancellation without the dispatch being processed. To cancel an order on the day of purchase, during normal business hours of 10:00 - 16:00 please call +44 845 463 46 46.
Outside of business hours please email info@memorymonster.com The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumers specifications or are clearly personalised.
Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

Returns
While our goal is to ensure that the product you receive is the right one for you, we understand that this isn’t always possible. That’s why we offer an exchange or full refund for any items returned to us within 21 days of purchase. Whether it’s faulty, incompatible with your device, or you’ve simply had a change of heart, you can contact us to initiate a return.
To exercise your right to cancel you must advise us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement sent in a letter by post to Memory Monster Ltd, 12 Slaney Road, Walsall, WS2 8LN or in an e-mail to info@memorymonster.com
For yours and our protection please obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
As all our products carry a lifetime warranty, any faulty goods will be replaced once they have been returned to us with proof of purchase.
