Items checked out with Royal Mail delivery should be with you within the estimated delivery time scale quoted by ebay. This is not guaranteed as occassionally Royal Mail fail to deliver in this time frame especially during busy periods. Please remember this is is out of our control and not a fair reason for low star ratings or Neutral/Negative feedback.
Postage is by second class Royal Mail delivery but you can upgrade this service to first class but selecting this option at checkout. First class postage does incur a small additional fee. Please see additional charges next to postage at the top of the listing for details. Please remember that unless you request a tracked service, or it is coming via courier, items are not tracked. If you need to ensure a specific delivery time scale please request a trackable service. If you have any other specific delivery requirements, such as next day, we will always do our best to accommodate but there will be an additional charge.
Items sent via Royal Mail are not classed as lost until 15 WORKING DAYS from dispatch. We will always do out best to accomodate you during this period.
Please note that courier items can not always be sent to postcodes Non UK Mainland, Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, All IV, KW, AB31-38 & 41-56, FK19-21, HS,
PA20-78, PH8-9 & 15-44, ZE or All Isle of Wight. Please contact us before purcase.
 
Postage costs
 
This does include all packing materials i.e. franking machine, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, document wallets etc. But these are kept low. The majority of our packaging is new but if I have boxes left from supplier deliveries then I do my bit for the environment and re-use them.
 
Worldwide Delivery
 
We will post worldwide the majority of our items via airmail. If postage to your country is not specified then please ask for a quote prior to buying. Thank you
 
Returns, Refunds and Customer Satisfaction
 
Our priority is that you are 100% happy with your purchase and our service. We do ask that you read the listing to get an accurate idea of size, colour and quantity. If you are unhappy with your purchase then you may return the item to us within 14 days of purchase in its original unopened packaging (unused) and protected for transit. Unfortunately unless it is due to a fault we cannot offer a refund on the postal cost. If an item is found to be faulty on inspection then postal refunds will be made and a replacement sent if still available. Please return the items second class, standard delivery (unless delivered by courier) If a return postage is to be paid by us we will only refund for the same service as was used to send the original goods. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us BEFORE you return anything. Items delayed by Royal Mail do not qualify for return postage paid by us. Thank you
