RETURN POLICY:
All our brand new phones and electronics are covered by a full 12 months Manufacturer Warranty. On top of this however we also offer a seven days return policy.
Seven Days Return Policy
We will accept phones (Under £100) back that are not faulty within the first seven days or within 3 Days (over £100)., These phones must be brand new never used and must be returned to us in the same state (brand new with all boxed accessories) & screen protected that we sent it to you. Intention of return of handset or accessory must be made by email to us, within seven days of receipt of the product to be eligible. Return postage will not be refunded under these circumstances. After that period the Return will not be accepted and even in case of fault the warranty goes to Manufacturers. Please read our Return Policy for graded products prior to purchase.
Important note for Brand New Phones: We hereby confirm that all our phones are Brand New , Sim Free ,Unlocked or Network Locked as mentioned in the condition note having a Valid Manufacturer’s Warranty. It is our Company's Policy that prior to dispatch the product we open the Box to make sure all the Contents and Accessories are present and then we put our Company’s seal (if required) which means that the Product has been inspected & Quality Checked. It is already mentioned in the Legal Disclaimer. This practice is to avoid false claims from 2% of the total customers who claims that some or one of the Accessories is missing in the box whereas we dispatch Brand New Sealed Boxes. In past we have had some bad experiences that is the reason we check each and every single box to avoid complications.
We know the concern of customer regarding Seal of the box but unfortunately we have to follow our Company's policy though it is very time consuming.
Moreover, it is strongly recommended that please open the box and check the contents of the box in presence of (Royal Mail)Delivery Agent. In case of anything missing please witness the agent and take his/her signature and note down his/her name( though it is very rare) and inform us immediately .Under no circumstances we accept any claim after 2nd Day of Delivery that the item has been delivered but something was missing whatsoever.
Important note for Graded Phones & Electronics:
The handsets have all been power up tested and are in good cosmetic condition with batteries, back covers and no missing parts. The attached photos show the handsets in bulk.
Note that we have not checked the individual batteries to see if they work and we also do not include any additional peripherals with the sale. You will receive the units and batteries only, no chargers, headsets etc!
We have too many handsets to undertake full tests and sell all bulk units as power up tested only. Prices reflect this. The handsets will all be a physical mixture of Grade A 14Days Customer return, Grades B, C & D.
Postage
Orders received before 3:30 pm Monday-Friday are shipped out that day for delivery the following working day before 2pm to a UK mainland address.
Warranty and Returns
The units are not supplied with any warranty and we ask you to read the description carefully to ensure that you understand the units are listed as faulty because they have received only a power-up test. As a result we do not expect to receive any returns.
Our Grading System
What does Grade A mean?
The product is used but in excellent condition. Cosmetically the product will show little signs of use, there will be little to no scratches or scuffs to the screen or casing. It has been fully tested, is in full working order and has been restored to the latest operating system.

It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing unless stated in its description above . It has been fully tested, is in full working order and has been restored to the latest operating system.
What does Grade C mean?
The product is used and in average condition. Cosmetically the product will show signs of use, including some scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing unless stated in its description above. It has been fully tested, is in full working order and has been restored to the latest operating system.
What does Grade D mean?
The product is used and in poor condition. Cosmetically the product will show heavy signs of use, including scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing unless stated in its description above. It has not been fully tested, neither in full working order and has original operating system.
