Software
Software not owned by us is supplied subject to licence and warranty of the Software licensor. We enclose the Software licence that you require with the Product where necessary; you must comply with that licence.
 
Warranty
All items that carry a warranty are “Return to Base". If, when we receive the item back and no fault is found (we will report this to eBay as you miss using return policy),
Any repairs or parts supplied or other work carried out which are found to be outside the terms of this warranty will be charged to the purchaser, and will be payable at the point of service.
The purchaser must ensure the environmental and power supply conditions are suitable for the equipment, and that the equipment is cared for and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and instructions.
We do apply warranty stickers, certain internal components such as graphics cards will have manufacturer warranty also, this warranty, although separate to ours is void if the warranty sticker is broken and/or certain components have been upgraded by the user,
and we have reason to believe this has had a direct effect on the failure of a part supplied by us. In this instance the customer would be responsible for labour costs.
 
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that adequate back-ups of all applications, operating systems and data are maintained. In the event of fault emanating from a manufacture or design fault,
it may be necessary for the machine to be returned to the manufacturer for fault diagnoses, repair and testing. Depending on the geographical location of this manufacturer turnaround can be anywhere between 30-90 days.
 
Exclusions
Software and Operating Systems. Breakdowns or failures arising from any external influences such as misuse, neglect, excessive wear to the equipment and other external influences such as, but not limited to, poor environmental conditions, electrical power surges,
power failure, the use of incompatible or uncertified accessories or media (pirate copies) and the effect of computer viruses.
 
The replacement of any parts classed as consumables, such as floppy disks, tapes, magnetic media of any type and batteries.
 
Indirect or inconsequential losses: We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to goodwill, loss or damage to property and or loss/costs of third parties arising out of the use of the website or the goods or services or as a result of any failure of any goods purchased from us.
 
Although we will not refuse a repair if reasonable care has not been shown during the possession of the device then we will exercise our right to void warranty subject the chargeable repairs from that point onwards.
 
We may make a reasonable deduction to cover the loss of value of the product where the item is returned used or damaged by an accident or misuse or factory seal is opened/broken or original packaging,
accessories are missing.
 
We aim to refund you in 2 days from the day the item was delivered back to us.
You will receive full refund on the amount you paid on your initial purchase unless the item is not in its original state. In such a case we may make a reasonable deduction to cover the loss of value of the product.
