Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions apply to all business transactions carried out by Rotation-UK / Rotation-wheels.com (trading names of NB Jessop LTD.) hereafter referred to as the 'Company'.
The person who is purchasing these goods from us the 'Company' will hereinafter be referred to as the 'Purchaser'
Your statutory rights are not affected. It is the sole responsibility of you the Purchaser to ensure that all the correct details are submitted or given to the Company's representative at the time of purchase.
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the fastest possible dispatch of goods, the Company cannot guarantee any specific time period for the full transaction. The Company cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers and electronic mail. Any problems or issues with an order once delivered the Purchaser must inform the Company within seven days of receipt.
The company trades in alloy wheels and associated parts.. All items sold are used unless otherwise stated and for this reason the Company cannot offer consumers any guarantee/form of warranty on the products supplied. No verbal conditions or guarantees expressed or implied shall have effect on these terms and conditions unless written and initialled by one of the Directors of the Company. In any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable; the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected, impaired or invalidated. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the purchase. Every effort is made to ensure that the material displayed by the Company does not cause offence to any individual or third party. This agreement will be governed and constructed in accordance with English Law each party thereto submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The company will not be held responsible nor liable for any injury or damage to property from use or installation of the product supplied. The purchaser assumes all risk for use and installation. Professional installation is required.
The Company's liability is strictly limited to a full refund only and no claims for damages; interest on monies paid or any other expenses shall be entertained. The company will refund for any goods that are damaged in transit or that do not match the item description providing they are returned to the Company beforehand. If the purchaser has received damaged goods or goods that do not meet their expectations please send an email through to the Company with photos. The purchaser must not fit any damaged or goods they are not happy with to any vehicle, in doing so means the purchaser accepts the quality of the goods and no replacements or refunds will be issued. Any returns made will be at the purchasers own expense as the company will issue refunds on receipt of the returned product, courier / postage charges are non-refundable as this service will have been carried out. When listed, the original vehicle the item/s was removed from will be mentioned, it is the duty of the purchaser to confirm fitment to their vehicle. Refunds are not given if the purchaser fails to check suitability / fitment before purchasing.
Tyres, valves, centre caps and other accessories: Any tyres, valves, centre caps or other associated accessories included are to be considered free of charge. Any yres that remain fitted do so purely to protect the wheels during transit and are to be considered unfit for purpose. The sale above is entirely for the alloy / steel wheel(s). If the customer wishes to use any tyres that remain fitted they do so at their own risk. Any tyres that have obvious damage or defects are marked as ‘Replacement Required’
Paypal: If you need your item sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your PayPal account.
COPYRIGHT – All the logos, brands and product names are the property of their respective owners, and are offered only as a convience. No guarantees are given or implied as to the accuracy of any of the logos or to the colour accuracy used. Before the Purchaser attempts to purchase a show plate containing a logo or phrase, the Purchaser must first receive the permission of the holder of the copyright or trademark of the chosen logo / phrase. The purchaser then agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the company for any liability incurred as the result of the purchaser's unauthorized use of material contained in the show plates, including but not limited to the use of logos in the violation of any right of the trademark or copyright holder of such logos.
If you have any questions or are uncertain as to the meaning of any aspect of these terms and conditions you must contact us prior to placing your order, as all orders received and acted upon by us on the understanding that our terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted by the Purchaser.
PRIVACY POLICY: We do not store personal information nor do we share with any Third parties.
